“Faulty lens delay and mistakes with replacement”

I buy lens and lens coming faulty ( that sometimes happend ok) so I send it back for replacement.( I make picture with serial number).
Replacement coming with little delay, When I open it I have suprise Inside was The same faulty lens and warranty card from another lens!
So tomorrow I going for photography trip without lens witch I pay for it!
