Placed an order for two different items. Received order confirmation e-mail. Then another vague e-mail that stated an item was delayed awaiting restock. Then a week later I had to make telephone contact to expedite this supplier. Turned out that the goods delayed had an unknown restock date.Decided to cancel and await partial delivery. Supplier could've advised me earlier that goods had a 'sometime never' restock date and allowed me to look elsewhere sooner. Abysmal service, would suggest that this degree of complacency should be avoided.There are far better customer focussed suppliers out there.
