i have not got a email saying that my tickets have been posted ! its noq monday and i am ment to be travelling to the event on Thursday i have tried called the non existent customer service help line .. apparently i have called outside office hours (9-5) when clearly its not.. if my tickts dont come or i dont hear from via go go soon i will take this further to watchdog or something
