“Bad experienc...Their mistake...I pay”

Made a booking, never received confermation of booking. Called Booking.com and was told I did not have a confirmation by their representative. Then was told the room was no longer available. I ended up booking another room through Hotels.com (which I would recommend..confirmation email was immediate).

We got back from vacation and had a no show charge from hotel I was told I had no reservation for. Called Booking.com several times, hung up on once, but totally unwilling to work with us after their mistake. Will NEVER use this service again. Great experince withHotels. Com...got a great deal there. Highly suggest you go there.
