“Better late than never”

Ordered flowers for 18th June (my daughters wedding anniversary) but they did not arrive. After speaking on chat line they were to be delivered 19th. Daughter informs me two came. Not impressed with delivery but very helpful chat line with Varsha Katyanan who assured me re delivery and that I will not be charged twice.
