I'm a HSBC client since last year and untill last week I was delighted with your services. However, today I was rejected to open a joint account with my girlfriend at the Moorgate branch. Seems the customer staff didn't wanted to work after 4:30pm, they started to create issues where it didn't exist, with the only propose to not open the account. How can an international bank like HSBC has staff that rejects new clients because of personal interests?
