“May I introduce you to the "Sale of Goods act 1979" csl?”

3 seater leather sofa turned up damaged (after 3 month wait), was offered a repair which took almost 3 months more to complete - as parts had to come from wherever. Repair was just awful - scratches in leather, sagging bits, badly fitting, colour match was poor. Asked for a replacement sofa, as had given them the opportunity to repair it in the first place which had failed, and been told by customer services, after 3 phone calls to get a response: "That isn't going to happen". We'll see CSL. See you in court.
