I emailed Headkandi on numerous occasions and was always replied to straight away and with helpful and friendly advice, I sent them two pictures of my real hair and they advised me spot on with what colour to get. When I'd ordered the extionsions they came within two days and were well packaged and came with an easy guide to fit them. They are lovely and look great. Overall I had a great experience dealing with Headkandi and will be more than happy to deal with them again :-)
