“Worst Cusomer service EVER”

Awful company, switched from vodaphone and it was the biggest mistake that I ever made, signal is pretty bad. Yet the bills come over each month even though I am not using all my texts and minutes and the customer service from the company is beyond bad. They are rude and incompentant. Don't switch I can assure you whatever network you are on it is going to be better, as there is not way it can be worse that this shoddy company.
