WRITE A REVIEW

I ordered a pair of Bontrager tyres from Triton Cycles online 3 weeks ago & no sign of the order arriving. The payment was taken from my credit card 10 days ago. I have phoned multiple times and have been told that they are out of stock but will be coming in last week & that I would have them by the weekend. Now Monday, no sign of the tyres. Just phoned them & was told, no stock yet.

Basically, Triton have taken an order for an item they showed as being in stock but wasn't & then try and find them from their suppliers and in the meantime, take the money & just lie to the customer to try and get time so they can find some stock.

Also emailed them & got no reply, but they say they have emailed details of the delay. No emails received from them.

I did read some reviews before placing the order & on balance they seemed ok. How wrong was I.

My advise is, don't purchase anything from them online.
