“Excellent Value, No Problems!”

I was a little wary of going with GiffGaff, partly simply because they are by far the cheapest service for what they offer. Too often you do "get what you pay for" or barely even that. However I have been very pleasantly surprised so far with Giffgaff.

1) The actual network is O2 and works well.
2) The Goodybags are incredible value and also work well.
3) Activation and Transferring the old number to Giffgaff went through just fine, unlike some other people's complaints.
4) The help on the website is there if you look for it. So far all the queries I've had have I've been able to find quick and simple answers for with no problems.

I think the people complaining are probably just a vocal minority who may well be complaining about things that are really outside Giffgaff's control.

I would advise anyone looking for the best PAYG mobile deal to give Giffgaff a try, the risk you are taking is very low and I would say you are very likely to be very pleased with the result. I couldn't be happier and have already moved several other friends and family to Giffgaff.
