“First Purchase Experience”

For a first experience the service and quality cannot be faulted.
From the outset I knew when my order would arrive, and by logging on to my account I could see the progress.
I was kept informed all the way and when the item was sent I even had a tracking number, the courier even made it unnecessary for me to look at the tracking as I was e-mailed by them as to expected delivery day and then the times expected to arrive, the purchase arrived at the earliest time given.
As to the actual workmanship, again I was delighted with the end product, in this case an embroidered set of 4 baseball caps, one of which I am proudly wearing now on holiday.
Thank you for a great experience, I will be using you again and have already recommended you to friends.
