“Loved the extra email !”

Booked the hotel on line. was very quick and easy. Website is very simple to use. Booked and received my confirmation email along with details of how to get to the hotel. Also recieved and extra confirmation email before I arrived. It stated that "name" from Hotel direct had spoken to "name" at the hotel at 20:22 pm and double confirmed your booking. Brilliant idea and really makes you confident that all will be ok when you arrive. Takes that little bit of doubt away that everyone has when they book online :-). Would certainly use this website again.
