Having received three Yodel cards (different ref numbers) on three days I assumed I had three parcels for delivery. I arranged redelivery for the first two for a Friday via Yodel's web site. Day three I was suspicious something was not quite correct. I eventually found the phone number for the local Yodel and contacted them. They informed me there was only one parcel. I told them I had arranged redelivery for a specific day via their web site and they said that was fine. Waited in on the day of delivery - no delivery. Phoned the depot and was told they attempt delivery for three days and then the parcel is sent back to the sender as a non-delivery!!!! I have now arranged delivery to a different address but this was not an option via their web site.
Obviously it was not me who sent the parcel, but would I use them to send anything - absolutely not! Just a pity you can't select zero stars!
