“Ok if desperate”

We had not realised that Coldplay tickets had started to be on sale, so when we got on to the official sie they had all gone. We expected to pay a bit extra, but when the tickets finally arrived a week before the event, we discovered we had paid double for each one. It was also quite difficult to see the seating plan and arrangements for the standing areas (though the Ricoh arena site could be improved here).
Had not used getmein before, but seemed to have several safeguards and recommendations. However, did not feel confident until months later when tickets did arrive. I was surprised that they were sent by recorded delivery and our postal delivery guy very concerned that he was 15mins later than the deadline of midday (which I was unawre had been set). This was good security. Maybe an email to inform us that this was the procedure would have ensured one of us was they to sign,since it was a coincedence I was there.
Coldplay's full show experience did actually make us so impressed that we did not begrudge the cost in the end. Loved the confetti!
