“Car hire robbery”

Why does Do You Spain act as an agent for a car hire cpmany "Goldcar ES."
with so many customer complaints aganst them? Is it that they just want the commission and dont give sh-t about their clients.
My experience was similar to others. The excessive charge for the full tank of petrol, Being pushed into buying extra insurance after being shown a list of things the very basic insurance did not cover. When everything was added the car was expensive compared to other companies yet it advertises "cheap car hire"
The staff at Goldcar, Malaga were downright rude and aggresive. A lady came to return her car and asked if it could be checked before she left.
The staff member SHOUTED at her "you don`t tell me what to do"
She tried to explain that she only asked. To that he made hand jestures like a mouth talking and mocked her saying "ya ya ya ya "
I gave her my tel. no. as a witness and asked him his name (no name badges worn) to which he replied "juan Carlos" (king of Spain)followed by "I have your details also" in a threatening manner.He really did not give a toss but then again why should he as there is nowhere to complain to and if someone manages to make contact no action is taken.
This is reflected in the miserably low star ratings that Do You Spain and Goldcar have attained. Avoid both like a contagous disease
