“Good sales, bad afterservice.”

Bought a Mondeo, was a quick easy buy. Not too pushy, nice sales person etc.
Two weeks later two small issues cropped up that I assured them only a dealer could fix, one week later and two vists to a halfords Autocenter and they finally gave in and told me to take it to a dealer. Total waste of my time.
