“Terrible Onine Service”

After placing an order and waiting 4 days with no sign of a delivery, I cancelled the order online. The order status was then changed to 'pending cancellation'.
The following day I received an e-mail stating my order had been shipped in full. Why ship an order that has been cancelled?! What a joke
