Air Canada has done it - worse than Aeroflot! Congratulations!
I haven't had a flight this bad since I made the mistake of flying in an old Tupolev with Aeroflot 16 years ago.
They double booked our seats and made us look like criminals, checking our passports over and over again, we didn't even know what was going on.
The seats were in the last row, not possible to recline, with the seats leaned slightly forward so that we had to sit for six hours with bent necks. Even less legroom than the other seats.
The other party with the same seats were stewarddesses on holiday, which were eventually seated on the seats meant for the working stewardesses during their breaks. The working stewardesses totally ignored us because they wanted to chat with their friends - for a glass of water we had to ask five times.
We arrived three hours before the scheduled flight time, so I really don't accept responsibility for the double booking, the incredibly bad seats or the rudeness of staff.
