Same as the other reviews, they quoted £60 on website for my phone, which was in perfect condition. They offered £40 saying it it had excessive wear & tear, which it hasn't. Have asked for phone to be sent back.
Total waste of time & money, be interested now to see if I get my original phone back...will update.
