Ive just completed my 1st week on slimfast and ive lost 4.5lbs, i am so happy, i normally eat from when i wake up til when i go to bed, now i have a shake for breakfast, 1 for lunch, 600 calorie dinner and 3 snacks, normally 2 fruit and then a milky way of french fries. i havnt felt hungry and have been drinking plenty of water which i normally dont drink. im looking forward to losing more weight.
