“orange customer services appalling”

whats happened to orange, been with them for over 16 years and the last 3 or so have been horrendous,a stupid queueing system waiting for ever (they are always experencing very high call volumes you know) no matter what time you call....
being put on hold only for someone else to pick up the phone and not know who you are and have no idea that you were being handled by someone else.
having to re-explain your question and the same thing to happen.
being promised that a supervisor will call you in next 24 hours and not getting a call(happened 5 times)
dealing with them has become a nightmare
i am posting this to save anyone else the heartake!
seriously look elsewhere i cant point you anywhere as i am just starting down that path but orange is just greaf
