I took up the 30 day free membership with experian and cancelled after 2 months as I felt that the price was not worth the service.
When the final cancellation date arrived, I received an email from them saying goodbye with details on how to reactivate the account in future. Less than 24hrs later an other email arrived warning me of a change in my credit report that maybe fraudulent or a change in credit details. It advised me to log back into my account to check my details.
If you log back into your account after it has been cancelled, it will automatically reactivate your account and you will start to be billed again!
How to rejoin CreditExpert - no need to reapply
1. As a past member, you do not have to reapply.
2. Log in using the username and password from your original membership.
3. If you can't remember your log in details try our forgotten password help or call our credit experts on 0844 481 0800.
