I bought a number of items of furniture and found the sales assistants very helpful from initial contact, advice given, taking my order and after sales service. The delivery was also top quality, I was kept informed at all stages, being reminded dog the delivery the day before to on on the day being called to be told what time my times would arrive on the morning of delivery. I had reason to return one of my items and again the service was excellent with the return being completed efficiently and a refund being provided for the one item I returned.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and with my products, I would recommend Dwell and will be shopping there again in the future.
