I set up an order but when the courier arrived I could not provide the necessary certificate of manufacture for some of the contents (to Australia, very picky!) He therefore cancelled the collection for me.
I did not receive any confirmation of the cancellation, or a credit card refund, so logged into the Live Help system about 6.30pm. Becky was brilliant, traced my order and explained that his cancellation would not automatically trigger a refund, so initiated it for me.
5 mins, very pleasant and clear Help service, all done. Thank you.
