I tried and failed to purchase an item online 2 times. I entered my details but the card i wanted to use is under my husband' s name. There is no option to change the name on card so the process stops here. I changed the account name to my husband name, and i was able to proceed. I was happy until i just received a letter from h&m that they are not going to send my order.. I called them and they started to blame me why i used somebody's else card and not mine!!! Awful customer service, awful online site and paying system!!
I loved H&M and was delighted to discover they have a website, but now I am definitely never going to buy ANYTHING from them!
