I sent my phone to this company for repair. I sent it in adequate and highly protected packaging. I was told it would take 2-3 working days to repair it. I received my phone back after 1 week. When I received it and opened the flimsy packaging it was in, I could see there was screen damage. I rang the company immediately and they told me to return it, which i did. I was then sent an accusational email telling me I had applied excessive pressure to the screen and damaged it myself. I was also told that I had to pay £12 to get MY phone sent back to me again. The customer service on the phone was appalling and I would strongly advise anyone to not use this company.
