“USWL Don't waste your money!”

Called them after sseing a Groupon deal but they offered the same deal over the phone.
Couldn't get my first appointment for a month so booked it and waited.
1st appointment cancelled by text a few hours before the actual appoinment time.
2nd appoinment girl was untrained and useless.
3rd apppointment cancelled by text (so much for having to have sessions every other day as it is recommended!)
4th appointment not bad, girls much better, but completely dissed the other girl and USWL!
5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th appointments all cancelled, some by text 20 minutes before appoinment time, some i turned up and got sent away, machines seemed to break down frequently?!
Have still not yet had the oringinal 6 sessions i paid for and was given 4 more as an apology!
Not sure if i can be bothered with the hassle and still have 6 seesions to use up!
Oh, and if you need to rebook....ha ha...don't waste your time, they never answer the number they give you for rebooking!
To add insult to injury, the area they did do some work on (tops of thigh) are now bigger than before i went and the skin is slightly raised in that area! and yes, i did follow all the instructions that no-one bothered to tell me about...excercise after sessions etc!
