I cannot understand all the rubbish I hear and read in regard to the on-line book in ! It is so easy and if you have a query the staff are excellent and clear when dealing with it. Just remember to print out BOTH ways when on return flights. They are probably the cheapest on fares and have some really good bargain flights as I have obtained on occasions £ 28.00 Return to Majorca?? Come on give them some credit. My wife is partially disabled and she gets ( FOR FREE! Airport assist and additional medical baggage allowance both ways) If you want a Rolls Royce service ! You have to pay the price! So stop moaning. Point to remember ! How many so called low cost Air line are still in business. With the mounting cost for fuel, make the most of what's on offer now as I can see in the not too distant future All passengers and luggage being charged as freight and then we will ALL have to pay individually the true cost for our flights.
