“Go back to basics - PLEASE!”

This site is unbelievable. Surely most people just want to see their balance, transactions and make payments yet this core functionality, rather than be in your face the moment you log in is hidden amongst advertising and very poor navigation. Seriously, how hard can this be to get right? I mean, there are other banks that get it right - just copy them!!

This is a deal breaker for me and makes me seriously consider taking my account elsewhere. This is very disappointing from someone who spent the first 15 years of their life working for Barclays.
