I was expecting my delivery on 13/6/12, I was in from 10am till 8pm and when I checked the tracking later that day it said that parcel was unable to be delivered as the consignee wasnt able to be reached(even though I was in all day and there was no card left through my door). I checked the tracking again this morning and it showed it was out for delviery, again I was in from 10am till 8pm. Later I checked the tracking and it said the item had been delivered and signed for(this wasnt delivered to me). I contacted Yodel customer services(which I was getting charge 10p/min)and I was on the phone for nearly and hour I eventually got to speak to an agent, she took some of my details including my mobile number then she hung up on me! Even though she had my mobile number she didnt call me back. I have been trying to contact Yodel all night but always on hold! I will call them again in the morning. Really not happy about this! Disgraceful
