Would have left a favourable review even though a last minute cancellation of my hotel caused a big problem, had you refunded all unused elements of my booking when I managed to rearrange rather than
an accept the inferior alternate accommodation offered. I asked for a transfer to be cancelled and refunded and you refused even though I called to confirm it wasn't required and took the matter up with customer service manager . She then just stopped replying to my emails despite promising to look into it when a colleague returned from holiday. Find it appalling that I would be charged if i wanted to amend the booking, but you can do so the day before we travel and then refuse to give me an accurate refund, cover extra expenses incurred or even process the refund you did agree to in a timely manner without me chasing it up.
