I had considered changing over to Virgin Media for sometime now. I had heard good things about the speed fibre optic has to offer and I was anticipating a good experience compared to TalkTalk's inability to perform. However, before I had even got started. When I filled out the form on their website asking for some vital informations to get things started. I received the following e-mail;-

Hi
I am contacting you because you have made an inquiry for Virgin Media services at an address that is not yet on our data base. It is my job to survey the property and see what's involved in getting you installed.
If your enquiry is urgent please don't hesitate in ringing me on the numbers below, and I'll prioritise your enquiry.
If you chose to reply to this email please include your address details, this will help me identify your specific inquiry, I deal with a lot of inquiries on a daily basis, and if you do not contact me I may not look at your address.

It did not sound or look very pleasant to my eyes when I opened my e-mail at 9am in the morning. I have asked others whether there's something wrong with the e-mail above. Obviously they have all stated there's a lack of formality and not very friendly to potential customers.
So of course I will not be changing my service to Virgin Media with this kind of correspondence.
