WRITE A REVIEW

“ADD A NIGHT TO A NON REFUNABLE BOOKING”

We have booked a room in Hong Kong and it is non refundable. Never do this again!
We have had a flight change by Cathay Pacific and this means we need to add a night to our booking. The hotel nor booking.com will add this night to our booking. We have to book another night as a seperate booking. We are concerned that the hotel has been less than helpful so far and that our special requests will not be transferred to this new booking. In addition Hong Kong accommodation is less than fantastic and costs more than Paris?
Non Refundable should state no changes ever even if you want to increase your booking?
