As an extra on my father inlaws home insurance (where I live) we have our keys covered.
I lost my door keys with my only van key and locking fob. I called castle just on the off chance they had been handed in and was told they could arrange for my van keys to be replaced.
I first said no as I had cover arranged with my vehicle insurance. But was then told by the friendly phone operater that it would be less hassle for them to arrange with no effect to premiums or NCB. Nor would I have to pay AA then claim money back.
Within 45 mins AA had come and sorted new keys for me.
Really happy with the service and help.
