“Customer service at its best!”

Although delivery wasn't terribly speedy, when I queried where my parcel was, a lovely lady replied straight away, apologising for the delay. She reordered my items without being asked. Typically my parcel arrived the next day, so I emailed them to explain, and say that reordering was no longer necessary. They were really grateful. Can't fault their friendly, helpful staff.
