“Horrible coverage, customer service, charged me double”

My online account shows that they've charged me for 4 topups when I only topped up once. Even after all those charges I still cannot make any voice calls because the phone says I have no credit. The service coverage is lousy and there is no number to call customer service on but only an email service which, if they get back to you (they didn't the first 2 times), it takes 24 hours.
