I tried the special k diet as I was 9st 11 and I am only small in height this was way to much. I started on January 2nd for two weeks, I had my main meal with meat and loads of veg and fruit and the two snack bars. I was hungry for the first few days but at the end of the two weeks I had lost a stone. I am going to start it again soon as I still need to loose another stone so will see how I go.
