I have dealt with this company several times now and each time communication regarding my order is great. They regularly email you to keep you up to date, and there special offers on the brand of dog food I buy are very good, often the cheapest around. I have never had any negative experiences with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Just wish all pet supply companies would offer such fantastic customer service!
