As soon as you order your tickets, they will quickly take your money, and realise they have a stupid ticket release date scheme.

They release all tickets 3-5 days before the event, which could be how long it takes for them to arrive, and there are numerous other problems along the way.

Personally my seller never responded to my purchase, and because there are no cancellations or refunds, I may not end up getting my tickets again.

It is near impossible to contact them. Do not email as they will take a week to respond, with insufficient information that you already know! Call the sales team, and get them to direct you to a human in Customer Services to get anything done!

In future I will use a more organised and reputable site!
