“Worst service ever, overcharged, no response to emails”

Worst service, they say they offer lowest price but when I booked a flight ticket from Dallas to Chennai they charged me nearly $300 more than what emirates would have charged and also they overcharged $300 and there is no proper response on when they would refund the money. The customer care people do not respond properly and they say we can expect reply for our emails within 24 hrs but it has been 3 days and no response so far. Do not every book through these guys.
