“Worst customer service ever”

Bought 110 footballs for my youth football club, they are misshaped and of very poor quality, i have been trying to get them replaced for 6 weeks, emails go unanswered and phone calls at 10p per minute. i was promised a call back in 10 minutes and it is now over 4 hours later and no call.

We have over 100 kids now who do not have a football to use at training because they are in my garage awaiting collection.

Shockingly poor service and a very poor product - i pro direct footballs.
