I just called in to make a change to a reservation and was expecting the usual boring music and waiting time of 10 minutes or so (as is the case with airlines etc), but was pleasantly surprised by an almost instant answer! Thank-you. Really refreshing.

Potential areas for improvement: speeding up the website a bit (although this could be my PC), and I personally would prefer to see prices inclusive of tax to avoid nasty surprises.

Otherwise very happy with the site
