Urban Owners took over the running of our Development of 2 blocks of 12 Flats under Admin Assist in Dec 2010 with just 23 pence in our account as our previous agents had no idea of the best way of dealing with late or none payment of service charge and would use debt recovery companies and there fees would wipe out any money collected and ther was never enough money to get things like decorating done.

With Urban Owners we now have well over £10k surplus and rising fast and it is down to there excellent work in dealing with none payment that we are now able to get Decorating done and repair of our electric gates.

Also at any time We can log into our account on there Block Web site and report any problems check how much is in our account or see if contractors etc have been payed .

There fees are the Lowest I could find and are excellent value for money.
They are always helpful with good sound advice if needed and I would highly recommend them
