I had an issue with a delviery- Hermes their chosen company are terrible and will not speak to the customer you have to go through yours. Live chat is pporly understaffed and after 5 there are no managers. I was told to email the manager which i did on the 30th May- granted some bank holidays after this so I waited until the 12th June to send a follow email and also to make sure i had the right address. I did have the right address- i got an email to say she went on annual leave fromthe 8th of june. Where was my acknowledgement email? Email sent to company director
