“I SHOP THERE EVERY WEEK!!!”

Reading all the negative reviews about newlook on various review site, I read them and I just dont understand as I have always been very pleased with newlook, im exstatic with my order today. I like my top and the accessories are so beautiful, and at 2 for the price of 1.

I have only been unhappy with a purchase once as the garment was not the garment pictured nor worth the £20 i paid for it.

I accept there are some sizing issues and one never can be sure what size to buy with newlook but after a while you get used to it and you know what will fit you in what size and what wont. You also learn in time how to spot which of the things wont look good in the flesh. You must really have a good close look with zoom.

I think overall Newlook are very very good but you have to shop with your brain in gear and use your common sense. I think about it for days before i purchase and thats probably why i am always satisfied.

Other bad points are...Things seem to go out of stock very quickly, I have to check the site every day to keep up, shoe size availability is shocking. Im a size 8 but Newlooks size 8 is way to small for me but none of their nice shoes go up to size 9, just all the horrid footwear, if i want crocks and flip flops ill go to shoezone thanks. Some of the garments under ten pounds tend to look extremely well worn and bitty/bobbly after just one or 2 washes but you get what you pay for with new look.

And i am very happy with the call centre, I get straight through when i call and they are so friendly and helpful. Its so fast I call on my mobile so i find it hard to believe it when people say they cant get through. If you call in the evening like i do you will get through fairly quickly.

My overall opinion is try them a few times and make your own mind up, dont be put off by reviews.
