“Fantastic holiday - customer service questionable”

Written on: 11/06/2012 by EmilyT22

I went to Marbella for my hen party. After reading the reviews before i went i was quite anxious. The reason i didn't give 5stars is because of the service i got before the holiday.
The company couldn't help you me more when i made my 1st enquiry - it was as many of the other say soon as they got the money it was so hard to get hold of the person looking after my booking -it changed about 3 times - i found some of the people i spoke quite obtuse and reluctant to help and others very helpful. i personally had a few problems a long the way with people getting pregnant and dropping out and it always seemed such a mammoth task to get anything sorted - so this said i was very sceptical about the holiday being any good at times wishing i hadn't booked it -
BUT soon as we landed i got a call giving me instructions on where to wait for the transfer, how to get our keys as reception was closed, everything was as was said with the accommodation. we had apartments next to the pool with our own sectioned off gardens and as the pool was one the smaller ones at the front of the complex with a Jacuzzi which almost seemed like our own.
1st night o'gradys - i as the hen was supposed to drink free all night but didnt but it was a cracking night.
2night - linekers - they phoned me asking where we were as we were running last(the women was a bit rude) - the waiter wasnt very helpful to start with but then later on he did take his top off for us so again a great night
3rd night we didnt use the club entry.
I did get text to let me know what time the transfers where incase we forgot.
So all in all everyone had a fab time/holiday, i would recommend it to a friend but pre warn about the service they can receive before they go.
