“Big headline prices - big failure in reality”

This company are really clever - they offer high headline prices and then once they have your phone, they discount it due to reasons which they choose themselves. For example my girlfriend sent her phone to them and they took money off because it was "network-locked". That's so laughable - almost all phones in the UK are "network-locked". When I sent my phone to them at the same time (bad move!) they took almost half the price off due to my phone having two dead pixels! These are not honourable people and I recommend you look elsewhere when you want to sell your mobile.
