Have been with Orange for couple of years now. Recently my phone receives very less/no signal (based on the signal strength icon). I have contacted Orange customer service number of times.
1) Initially they claimed to have some mask in my home area (also didn't work well in my office which in city) and work to be completed in couple of week.
2) Didn't work well even after the above said couple of weeks and now asked me to switch to GSM & WCDMA option only which as well didn't work
3) Asked to check by using SIM on different phone which gave the same result.
A poor response and follow up by the technical customer service team which is annoying. Being an Orange customer I should also be able to use T-mobile signal which doesn't looke to happen.
