“We visited the Car Shop at doncaster on the 15/04/2012...”

We visited the Car Shop at doncaster on the 15/04/2012 just to look for a small 5 door vehicle for our second car. When we walked through the door Andy W said hello can i help you etc??? We normally find this a little annoying but he was really nice and said have a look round and shout me if you need anything. We liked the fact that a salesman wasnt over our shoulder and we were free to have a look round in our own time.
We did see a Ford Fiesta and we prompted Andy over to let us have the keys etc, he was very open and honest and gave us his opinion on the car.
3 hours later we drove away with the fiesta having trading in our Honda Civic.
Andy W is a very professional, honest and down to earth, this we liked he is a credit to the car shop.
The only negative thing we would say it that the gentlemen that did the paperwork side of the sale (took our money) was rude and we got the impression that because we didnt want any finance etc he didnt have much time for us!! His people skills were lacking that day, if he would have greeted us that day we would have walked away.
Other than that we would use the car shop again and if you are thinking of going there deal with Andy W.
